NCBTMB will maintain electronic records of all applicants and certificants, subject to the retention policy. Test scores (passing and failing) are maintained indefinitely for all candidates in a secure electronic format.

All applicants for recertification, and their supporting documentation, are maintained by NCBTMB for a period of four years (two recertification cycles).
