NCBTMB will be going live with a new customer relationship management (CRM) system, the week of October 2nd, 2023. The new system is:
- More secure;
- More versatile—allows you to add your CEs as you complete them throughout your renewal cycle;
- More user friendly—includes a dashboard so you can see your progress on your continuing education requirements at any time.
Here are a few things you need to know:
- NCBTMB will transition to the new system the week of October 2, 2023.
- Due to this, the system WILL NOT be available from September 27-October 4, 2023.
Your username will be the email we have on your account. You will receive an email from our new system welcoming you with information about resetting your password.
