How do I change the name of my school?

If the school contact name changes, please notify the NCBTMB School Outreach Department by submitting the change of information in writing. To do so:

  • Login to your account at www.ncbtmb.org
  • Click Additional Forms from the Quick Links menu
  • Complete the School Name Change Form
    • Submit legal documentation showing the school’s name change.
  • Click Submit
