NCBTMB is launching a special Spanish language pilot exam and is offering to make it available at no cost to the first 100 massage therapists who register to take the test.
The exam is scheduled for Monday, May 19, and will be given at the South Padre Beach Resort on South Padre Island the day after the AMTA Texas Chapter meeting.
If you want to register for the Spanish language pilot examination, you must read and agree to the statement below.
STATEMENT OF AGREEMENT
- I am registering to take the National Certification Examination for Therapeutic Massage (NCETM) Spanish Pilot Examination under the National Examination for States Licensing (NESL) option;
- I am required to meet all current eligibility criteria in order to become nationally certified, even if I pass the NESL;
- I will not receive my examination results for approximately four (4) weeks after the examination is administered;
- The rules and regulations associated with the examination process are currently available in the National Certification Examination Candidate Handbook and printed only in English (click here to download the handbook)
- I have read, understand and agree to comply with all of the policies and procedures included in the National Certification Examination Candidate Handbook; (if you have not read the handbook, click here to download it)
- I am not eligible to pay for additional testing time; and,
- I will not be allowed to use a translation dictionary or any other study aid during the administration of my exam
