NCBTMB has released a new Approved Provider Renewal Application and Reference Guide to make the renewal process quicker and easier. As of
January 1, 2009, previous versions of the application are no longer being
accepted.
In addition, new application fees also went in to effect January 1, 2009
$175 for individual providers and $400 for organizational providers.

New York Approved Provider Agreement (pdf)
NCBTMB has been approved by the state of New York to sponsor continuing education providers. If you are an existing NCBTMB Approved Provider, and wish to be sponsored to teach in the state of New York, please read and sign the New York Approved Provider Agreement, and submit the necessary documentation to ce@ncbtmb.org or fax to 866-708-3587.
