NCBTMB would like to assist nationally certified massage therapists and bodyworkers impacted by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts grandfathering application.
To expedite the request for the Official Score Transfer Request, click here to access the form. Then, simply fill in Step 1 and, for Step 2, write “same as above”. There is a $25 fee that can be paid by money order, Visa or MasterCard.
Remember, in accordance with the application, have the form mailed to yourself and include the still-sealed envelope with your application. If the form is mailed directly to the Board, your application will be delayed.
